1. What is S.I.Y?

7. What are the limitations during consuming S.I.Y?
There is no specific limitation during the consumption. However, you're encouraged to reduce fatty / high cholesterol food, sweetener for optima result. You are also encourage to drink more water but not liquor/alcohol, carbonate drinks. DO NOT skip any meal although it will help to reduce the appetite for giving you energy for daily task.
8. What do you need to do while consuming S.I.Y?
During the course of consuming S.I.Y, you NEED to drink water as much as possible, about 2-3 litters daily for S.I.Y to really get active effect. For the best result, you are advised to do/take some simple exercises or sauna for the optimum result.
9. Could I take S.I.Y when I am on fasting?
You are required to drink at least 2-3 liters of water daily for S.I.Y to actually take into effect. You might not get the desired or maximum result if you are taking S.I.Y during diet month because the water consumption may not be enough. But if you feel comfortable, you can fasting like normal.
10. What are the functions of Daytime Juice & Night Juice?
Daytime Juice is more concentrated and it stimulates our body to burn up excessive fat intensively for 24 hours per day.
