Attention Please~

S.I.Y is only suitable for: All adults except on medication, children below age 15.
During S.I.Y theraphy, we suggest the follwing habits to double the slimming effort:

* Reduce the intake of food high in fats and carbohydrates such as roti canai, kuih koci, doughnuts, foods containing coconut milk, nasi lemak, fast food such as pizzas, fried chicken and chocolate~
我是个贪吃鬼~其实我也没什么理会~偶尔还是会吃我最爱吃的Mc Donald 早餐~hahaa~这就造成了我比别人慢瘦下来的原因啦~!

* Avoid sweet drinks, carbonated drinks and alcoholic drinks...
(For me, this point~ NO PROB~!) ahha...i don't like carbonated drinks~ ^^

* Drink at least 2-3 litres of water everyday~ (这很好~因为会养成多喝水的好习惯!)

* To speed up results, carry out daily light exercise for 20-30 min or use a sauna~ (If you knw me well, you should kwn that i am a wellknown LAZYBUGZZZ) -.-"
